Bought 6 appliances and had a few issues. I called and got an appointment for the following day. Edgar arrived, introduced himself and jumped right into making some adjustments. He was very knowledgeable, explained why their was an issue and took care of it! I can’t say enough about him. Even received a phone call saying exactly when he would arrive!,

Jorge diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the touch panel that controls the functions of our dishwasher on top of the door. He returned after he received the part the first call the following day as promised.

He was very courteous and showed me why it was not starting. The wire harness that connects the panel to the unit had one wire not connected & 2 other wires burnt or shorted.

Very happy with the process.
