Jorge diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the touch panel that controls the functions of our dishwasher on top of the door. He returned after he received the part the first call the following day as promised.

He was very courteous and showed me why it was not starting. The wire harness that connects the panel to the unit had one wire not connected & 2 other wires burnt or shorted.

I had serviceman Steve out to repair my dryer. I had to wait a week for the appointment, but he took care of it right away. Steve was great!

I had previous trouble with a 3rd party warranty service company and their repair company they sent out. It was a disaster until the warranty company finally sent Goodman. They inspected my appliance and called in the parts and labor required while they were still onsite. It worked out excellent in the end.
