Our 3-year-old microwave stopped heating food, and the microwave was very noisy. Goodman recognized the reason, ordered the parts, and fixed the microwave as soon as the parts arrived.

Lowes sent these people to take care of a minor problem that occurred during the initial warranty period and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their performance. The communication to set up the appointment time as well as keeping us informed as to the time that they would arrive was exceptional and I can’t say enough about Joe, our repair technician. He was so professional and absolutely knew what he was doing, unlike the last repairman from another company who came to work on our last fridge that was covered under a home warranty program. I would highly recommend Goodman to anyone needing appliance repair service – ask for Joe!!!!
