Very reliable service but the part arrived with a delay!

I had Tracy come out as a second repair tech to look at my dishwasher to see why it would not dry dishes.

The first tech simply told me to run the water until it gets get hot and add dish rinse when I run the dishwasher. Yet the dishes never would get dry.

Then Tracy came and discovered that the heating element was not operating and he simply re-set it on the motherboard.

I have gone for an entire year with this problem until Tracy simply did a diagnosis and discovered the problem.

Tracy is a valuable asset who goes the distance to ensure a satisfied customer. Bravo Tracy!

My service gentleman was so nice and came and done the work in 20 minutes. He knew what he needed to do and got it done. He was very respectful. I hope that if I ever need anything else, he would be my tech again. He is an asset to the company.
