My service gentleman was so nice and came and done the work in 20 minutes. He knew what he needed to do and got it done. He was very respectful. I hope that if I ever need anything else, he would be my tech again. He is an asset to the company.

They have excellent customer service, show up when they are supposed to and communicate really well as to the status of your appointment. I particularly appreciated the expertise and friendly manner of their technician, Joe. He relieved my concerns and educated me about my appliance and things to look for.

Our dishwasher was not drying dishes. All detection codes were normal (not identifying failure). Goodman repair technician identified and repaired the fault and dishwasher was back in service. Wife is happy, I am thankful.
