Technician was through in explanation of issue and even took photos and explained. Simple fix but thankful it is working.

My repair man was Joe. He came out and diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part. He arranged his schedule to meet my schedule. Joe was right on time. He text me several times during the day to keep me posted on his arrival. Joe was very knowledgeable about my fridge. He took everything apart and had me fixed up in great time. Joe was very polite and just an all around good guy. I am very thankful that Joe was my repair man.
