Even though the call center was lacking, our technician, Von Zav was exceptional. He kept us informed, was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. After ordering parts twice and three visits. Our refrigerator could not be repaired, unfortunately, due to the nature of the problem.

Dealing with the call center was super frustrating. However, Mario the technician made up for it! He was super responsive and was great about providing an accurate time frame for his arrival. He thoroughly explained the issue at hand and took the time to address my concerns. He returned on the date and time promised and quickly had my microwave back to working order. I highly recommend Mario!
