I purchased a new dishwasher and found it to be leaking from the drain hose upon installation. I contacted Goodman and found the website to be easy to navigate to request an appointment. The technician (Glen) was prompt, courteous and honest. He told me it would take st least a week for the part to come in, and as he said it was delayed more than that. He did reach out a week later to let me know he would reschedule the repair as soon as the part was available. He arrived with the part and in minutes the repair was completed.

Fast service response to appointment request! Angel was excellent each time he came out. He was polite, prompt & courteous each time he came to my house (3 times total). Both Angel & Goodman Home Solutions provided service and communication above and beyond my expectations. I received calls, emails & text messages that were so helpful to confirm my appointments and that parts were ordered. I was never left waiting for him to arrive, appointments were set & he followed up with a text letting me know he was on his way each time. While I think my repair was a bit tricky, he had suggestions for me and eventually he got the part delivered and installed. I originally had another company assigned to my extended warranty service, and had to request a new company due to their lack of concern in keeping appointments – I am so very glad I was assigned to Goodman Home Solutions from Lowe’s extended warranty company – I would never hesitate to call them for any repair that I needed even if not covered by an extended warranty!
