The day the tech was supposed to come out to fix our gas range, we ran out of gas. Fortunately Kelvin called before driving out and we were able to reschedule for the next day.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. Having never worked on this particular range model, he stayed for 2.5 hours until both problems were resolved. He was patient and detail oriented.
