GHS Goodman handled the extended warranty repair for Lowes of a Samsung refrigerator ice maker. The company provided outstanding communications, showed up as promised, very courteous repairman and seems like a seemless repair. The extended Lowes warranty on the refrigerator also proved to be a very wise choice.

Great Service and Communication
I requested service through the KitchenAid website as my refrigerator was under warranty. Email confirmation of appointment and the the technician called me a week early and said he was in the area and could come sooner. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair part with him. Excellent service and communication.

Very responsive and friendly
It was easy to set up the claim for a warranty repair. Once the parts were ordered and delivered (took a bit, but that’s not their issue), they were quick to schedule the appointment.
