Sheldon was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our stovetop. He needed parts and got them quickly, completely repairing the stove within 24 hours. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and on time. Hoping to use him- and your company again through our home warranty.

My burner went out on my stove. Call to report it and get someone out to fix it. He called to see when time was good for me. He was very professional and friendly. I hope if anything else goes wrong I get the same guy. He was just awesome!!

My French door refrigerator has been a problem since day one! This time it made a loud noise for days then went silent. Christian was here on time, very professional and throughly checked out the fridge but it won’t malfunction now! I apologized and felt badly that te fridge wouldn’t act up! Christian was very polite and suggested I record the sounds the next time it happens. I really liked his approach and that of Goodman for being on top of their scheduling.

Baddie is an Incredibly kind man who understood the repair problem and fixed it. He also explained what the problem was and helped me understand how to work machine better. The original installation was extremely poorly done and he was able to assess and fix it. Recommend very highly!

My service appointment from Samsung was not correctly given to

Goodman so a technician came out not knowing the entire story.

Work could not be done. They (Goodman) refunded me my fee already paid. Not many companies these days would have done that.

Very honest company. and so appreciated. Had gone through three weeks of miscommunication with both Samsung and another entity.
