My service appointment from Samsung was not correctly given to

Goodman so a technician came out not knowing the entire story.

Work could not be done. They (Goodman) refunded me my fee already paid. Not many companies these days would have done that.

Very honest company. and so appreciated. Had gone through three weeks of miscommunication with both Samsung and another entity.

We’ve been struggling with the leaking refrigerator for over a year now. This is the first technician (out of 5 from other companies)) that has actually fixed our issue. Problem with a clogged drain line, and really an easy fix, but it takes work to take the refrigerator apart to get to it. Apparently none of the other text wanted to put the work in to actually look at everything. We are so appreciative.

Thad was very efficient in texting me with his arrival time which helped my busy schedule. He answered all of my questions and did the installation in a short amount of time and stayed around to make sure that the water was flowing correctly to the icemaker. Thad and Goodman set a high bar for other refrigerator repair companies. Everything with this company was very professional.
