Our repairman was outstanding. We’d like him anytime we need something repaired by Goodman. He was on time, courteous, and professional.

My refrigerator has been broken since I first purchased it in August.The ice maker has never worked.It leaked all over my wood flooring.Joe Cantù ,the technician from Goodman has tried repeatedly to fix it..He has replaced it with new units and it still leaked.He is a wonderful technician.He listens to the problems and truly tries to fix all issues.He is also very neat and respectful of my home.

I would highly recommend- Bert was able to identify the problem based on a phone call and pictures, and order the necessary arts prior to the service call. Not only was he friendly, professional, he was willing to accommodate my schedule of a super early morning appt!

I had not had a working dishwasher since the latter part of November, 2022.

Previously, there had been issues with the service provider the warranty company sent to my home. Then a decision was made by the warranty company to change service providers and I was contacted by Goodman Home Solutions. On February 7th, Micah was sent to diagnose the problem which he did right away. He told me that he would order the part and would be able to install it the following week if it was available. On Friday, February 10th, I received a call from Micah that he had the part with him and wanted to come and install it that morning. I said Yes! Within an hour or so I had a fully functioning dishwasher again.!

I was so thankful and told Micah.
