I had not had a working dishwasher since the latter part of November, 2022.

Previously, there had been issues with the service provider the warranty company sent to my home. Then a decision was made by the warranty company to change service providers and I was contacted by Goodman Home Solutions. On February 7th, Micah was sent to diagnose the problem which he did right away. He told me that he would order the part and would be able to install it the following week if it was available. On Friday, February 10th, I received a call from Micah that he had the part with him and wanted to come and install it that morning. I said Yes! Within an hour or so I had a fully functioning dishwasher again.!

I was so thankful and told Micah.

Ali, our technician, was very knowledgable about our washer and determined the problem quickly. He had the part with him in his truck and was able to make the repair immediately. Very friendly, right on time, and notified us 30 minutes prior to reaching our house. Thank you Ali!!!

Daniel, was informative, understanding and kind. He made the whole process easy. He called before he arrived. Explained the issue and what he was going to do. Fixed the washer in a timely manor and tested to make sure everything worked before he left. We are very happy with his workmanship.

It took almost a week to get an appointment, but the Good Man Tech got the part same day and came back! It is working now.

Microwave died within a year of purchase. Tech was very good, explained what was broken and that they had to order the part. Part came in early and got an unexspected call asking if he could swing by in 10min. 15 min later microwave was fixed and back up and running.
