Microwave died within a year of purchase. Tech was very good, explained what was broken and that they had to order the part. Part came in early and got an unexspected call asking if he could swing by in 10min. 15 min later microwave was fixed and back up and running.

Exceptional service. Was here in time frame given, informed of arrival time through email and a phone call.. Service tech was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Even though it was warranty repair they scheduled soon after problem was reported. I would call this company in future for any other issues.

I was very pleased with the job that Bassi did to my icemaker. He came and took the old one out and put the new one in and everything is working great he cleaned up after herself. Anything was on the floor or anything like that he made sure everything was working OK and he had all his own equipment which is fine and he did a beautiful job and a fantastic one.
