Our dishwasher wasn’t working and after some diagnostic testing, it was considered an electrical issue and just needed rebooting from the breaker. Problem solved, hopefully. Our repairman, Micah, was both efficient and friendly.

After I had appointments with 3 different companies, and no one showed up on the date and time I was given, I had lost hope and did not know what to do.

When Mr. Keith showed up, from GHS, i felt so much relieve. He seemed knowledgeable, he told me what was wrong with my washer. He gave me a date in witch he would return with a new piece to exchange. He was punctual, neat and very professional, i am very grateful.

William was repair man number 3 he was extremely knowledgeable about the clothes dryer

and tested everything on the dryer. Instead of guessing what was wrong and ordering unnecessary parts he did an extremely good job testing and finding the problem thank William for doing a great job. This review is for William not Goodman that is a story for another time

Joe came in to repair our refrigerator. He did a fantastic job, and he did it quickly. He cleaned up everything and put it all back together again as well. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs service. Our refrigerator is working great, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.
