John was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we may have had. It was nice to have a service person wear shoe covers and a mask. None of which was required in our home but appreciated. John was on time and kept us up to date on arrival time ect.

I utilized my Home Warranty for my refrigerator, as I was unsure why the freezer was not working, and the water line was leaking. The service technician diagnosed the issue quickly and communicated in a professional manner on next steps. Parts needed to be approved by my warranty company, ordered and installed in 5-7 days. True to his word, the parts were replaced with a week and the same technician performed the work in a timely fashion. I have not always had such easy and pleasant experiences with my home warranty company; this was a pleasant experience!

Their company ordered wrong color, I have a all black refrigerator and the part for ice dispenser came and was white, the tab you push to dispense the ice. Now I am being told since it was installed, which I was not present for. I have to pay for the different one
