My service tenucgisn listened to my complaint. He then investigated what the issue might have been caused by and when he couldn’t figure out the problem he called the manufacturer and problem was solved. We both learned something new about one of the features on my machine!

this company is really good very fast response and really knows what they are doing there was another company before them that Lowes sent and we are so disappointed with that company that technician
