The technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant and quickly got to work. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it while on-site. The entire appointment took about an hour.

Ok first this guy didn’t get the work order for Thursday and no one showed up today I call at 11:30 to check where were they, they checked he called said sorry again they didn’t tell him about the window of 8:00-12;00 but he called said he be here by 1:00 ? He showed up all hood he explain what I needed to know he did a great job the problem was the people not getting him the work order
Tech was great they dispatchers made no account of the work order I stay home from work one whole day waiting and no tech
