We have a washer that needed extended warranty service and the first company that they called for me was Transform A&E. The guy who came did not respect women as he didn’t believe the problem was as I described it. He was also too lazy to do any diagnostics. I called again to get another company to come out and I was assigned to Goodman. I could tell right off that this visit would go better. He at least listened to the issue and did not dismiss me out of hand. He worked through some diagnostics on his own and then called tech assist at the home office and together they worked through more diagnostics to eventually determine the problem and the part that needs replacing. Micah was respectful and professional and personable.

The service was thorough, prompt and reliable. Most importantly the communication and follow-through was exceptional. It can be difficult to find a service company who is proactive and provides updates and Goodman exceeded our expectations. Special mention goes to Joe who was great to work with.

Our brand new refrigerators ice maker was not working. After another company tried & failed twice, our warranty sent this company out. Technician who arrived, Joe was prompt, courteous & professional. He diagnosed the problem, , explaining as he did the repair. In retrospect, i’m glad our fridge had an issue because now i know of a reliable, professional appliance repair company that gets the problem corrected. Have dealt with many other appliance repair companies over the years that never coukd get it right.. Have already been letting others know about Goodman Home Solutions. Ask for Joe if you are in the Jacksonville area or vicinity.
