The five stars are for Mr. Cantu, the Service Rep. He was excellent. He did a great job and went out of his way to be helpful in coordinating the repair service and the follow up service since parts had to be ordered. Was a pleasure to deal with.

Have a few reservations about the company. They provided Mr. Cantu with the wrong contact number and I also found it impossible to contact anyone at the company. Always got voicemail, including one day’s attempts repeatedly went to a full voicemail box. Need some improvements there.

From initial call to GHS (KARI) to Service Representative (PETE); these two individuals are TOP NOTCH REPRESENTATIVES who took care of my issue with genuine interest in resolving my concerns.. Because of the age of washer, Pete had to return 4 times (ordering parts) to complete the job ; very determined to resolve issue…the quality of his work ethics is outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend GHS as a great source for any appliance repair …. A very happy consumer!!!
