Daniel Sowma (Technician) arrived at my house on time. He was very professional and nice. I love the fact that he took time to talk to me and explain the issues I was having with both of my Refrigerators and stove. He informed me what it would take to fix them and made sure before he left I had a clear understanding. If I ever need any of my kitchen appliances worked on again, I will definitely call Goodman and ask them to send Daniel out. The type of customer service he showed me and my family is top tier. After couple weeks of trying to get someone to fix because I had my water pump broke, Scott fixed in under 30 mins.. I’ve very grateful for him to let me know it was not pumping anymore.. I’m very satisfied my washer/dryer combo is fixed, hated living without my washer/ dryer combo being broke for several weeks but it running and workin again.. Thanks again 🙂
