I have all my appliances covered under Assurant and of all the repair companies they’ve sent out Goodman is the absolute best! They are on time, straight to the point, very quick and cleans up afterwards. I wish they had been my repair company all along. I will definitely request them if I have to call again and I might even not use my warranty and call them anyway. Excellent !!!

I have a Samsung refrigerator. The ice maker started making very little ice. I contacted Samsung and they referred me to Goodman Home Solutions. I contacted them and they sent a service person to my home. He identified the issue and ordered the replacement part. It arrived at my home. After letting them know that the part arrived, he came out and replaced the part. Now the ice maker is working beautifully.

The service person was professional and polite. I would recommend this company with 5 stars. I will, however, have to say that they are a little pricey. But, getting it fixed by a professional was worth the extra cost.

I highly recommend Mr. Eli. I had a concern with my Whirlpool glass top stove (delivered Oct 7-22) which seem to me that the glass has small bubbles around the range. He took his time to analyze my issue with care and great demeanor….. He went through the process of demonstrating that it was not a bubbling problem.
