Service technician Thad was polite and obviously knowledgeable about my dishwasher. After diagnosis it took only a few days to get the part, then he came back as scheduled and finished the repair quickly. Thad was careful to reinstall it nicely and it looks and runs great. I was especially happy that Thad communicated to me by text message so we could coordinate schedules and confirm appointments. All around a good experience.

Had an issue with my dryer. Bert was the tech, very polite and professional. Showed up as promised and called ahead to give me update on the time of arrival. He was able to repair in a short time. I would definitely use this company again!
