Bassir was sent to our house to do a repair on our leaking washer. Two technicians were supposed to come but only one had been scheduled. But Bassir did everything he could to make sure that when he came back with a second technician he would be able to complete the repair without fail., explaining what he was doing to ensure we didn’t face the same issue again. He returned today to do the repair, with the second technician. They were very efficient and careful. And very nice about taking a moment to let me vacuum and clean behind the washer before they put it back in place, even helping me where I needed it. They were both friendly and professional..
