Goodman Home Solutions was very helpful in getting my refrigerator back in working order. Mario, the technician was very thorough & professional in answering my questions & putting my concerns at ease. Thank you Mario & Goodman Home Solutions.

Our whirlpool side by side refrigerator ice maker was not working. I called whirlpool and because I had an exteneded warranty they turned the repair work over to Goodman Home Solutions. The refrigerator is at our propery in Florida, not our primary residence. We was at this prperty for a limited time. We were pleased when we recieved a call from Goodman quickly after reporting the issue with Whirlpool. They actually sent a repair person out the next day. The first repair person did not resolve our problem with icemaker. Knowing we had to leave on Saturday morning, I called Goodman first thing on Friday morning. We needed the repair done that day. The call center rep was sympathetic to my situation but had nobody to send our until the following Monday. We could not be there on Monday , we had to be back home to our primary residence Saturday. I asked her to put me on a list in case there were any cancelations that day. She agreed to do that but was sure there wouldnt be any be a repair person with any extra time that day.

An hour latter she called me back. She had spoken to her supervisor and she said they were able to get someone to come fix the ice maker. She needs commended for her work!

I wish I had her name but I left it on a notepad at the Condo.

When our repair man showed up, he checked the refrigerator out thouroughly. He determined the icemaker unit needed to be replaced. He had to go to warehouse to pick up a replacement. He returned later and replaced ice maker. He did an excellent job and I know he went out of his way to get

the job done on the Friday(our last day in town).

He was a very friendly and efficient young man. I would like to commend him, Keon, on a job well done!
