JKelvin was the 2nd technician that came to fix the same issue with my washer, he went above and beyond before he came to the appt he researched what he thought may be the problem and ordered parts so he had them when he came to the appt and we wouldn’t have to wait for parts, Kelvin fixed our washer and gave some great advise for using it, he was very polite and respectful while he was here, 10 stars service

My refrigerator’s main compartment gets too cold, everything in it can freeze up after leaving in it for a few days. The technician was very nice – explained to me how the main compartment cools and why the freezing occurs after running a few tests. He had a busy schedule but remembered to come back sooner when someone canceled an appointment so my repair could be done earlier.

Joe Cantu is a knowledgeable and professional repairman. Am glad the warranty store chose Goodman’s for their appliance repair contract. Will ask for Joe in the future should other repairs be needed.
