We were given a window from 11 AM to 1 PM. Mario called on his way and was at our home about 12;30 pm. This was an unusual issue which Mario had not seen before. I had found virtually nothing about this online. The issue was a “lubricant / sealant” that had oozed from the right door of our Whirlpool refrigerator. I was silver colored with no odor but very sticky. He took pictures of it, checked the inside and back of the refrigerator. Looked like it was likely a “putty like sealant” that had become soft and ran down inside the door. Everything was working fine and the compressor was not overheating. So Mario documented everything and was on his way. He was so friendly and explained all the possibilities. Great to work with him.
