We have had issues with our fridge not cooling correctly for awhile and I thought we may need a new one. Thad came out yesterday and figured out the issue within 10 minutes. Our 15 month old washer has had a very noisy spin cycle even on small loads with clothes evenly distributed. Under Lowes warranty service, repairmen from other companies have replaced the motor, tinkered with things and stated that the washer was running properly. But not to our ears. When the washer stopped running recently, Goodman sent their repairman. He not only got the washer running again, but got it running smoothly and quietly. Thanks for the OVERALL maintenance.
