The process was easy as the tech was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain the problem and show what could be prevented. It really made a difference. We appreciate the service and the time and effort to get our washer working. He was confident and made us not worry in the process if we were doing the right thing. We thank you for the communication along the way as it can be hard to coordinate being home during large call times. Warranty work thru Lowes. Contacted by Goodman home solutions very quickly after contact with Lowes warranty service number. Techno toon diagnosed the issue quickly ,ordered the parts and was back at the scheduled day and time. Ice maker is working properly. Thank you Thad.
