He quickly diagnosed our issue, shared the process of ordering the part and scheduling the install appointment. He is the tech who returned to do the install within the week, and everything was exceptional–from courteous communication to timeliness to professionalism to knowledge of the scope of work to 100% satisfied customers! I was upset about my washer and earlier treatment from a prior service company. He was calm and explained what he checked and why. He was honest and knows his job.

I am much happier with my washer than I have ever been with it. He showed me what was wrong and how to fix it.

I was not shown how to use washer correctly with the first trpairman I had, who threatened there was nothing wrong and gave me verbal warning that said if I called again I would pay gor trip. He also had me balling up my clothes as put in washer. And this is not correct information. Also on my original delivery, my water in park was turned off so was never showed anything about washer

I actually hated this washer and was very disappointed in it and have never felt that way about a washing machine as was always neutral.
