This was a follow-up call on a job that was not completed the first two times and I was contemplating changing companies. The technician (Bassir) that showed up this time was very professional and on-time. He knocked out the job in less than a hour. I can only say good things about the entire process.

The diagnosis was quick, the part delivery was not, once received the repair was quick and easy. Much of my communication was directly with the service tech, Bert, who performed the work. The primary service number was not very efficient in getting results.

The service agent couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. He patiently walked us through what we were doing and made sure we knew hew how to properly perform the steps so that our water filter would not become too wedged in for us to remove. This service rep is an asset to this company and Whirlpool.

My Repairman Mario was really awsome!! He kept in contact with me and kept me informed about my appointments. Unfortunately the part that I needed did not come on the 1st appointment day but I was notified that the part was not available yet and another appointment was set. I received updates from Mario and on the day before my 2nd appointment he texted me to let me know that the part was here and that he would be coming on the next day to repair my fridge. On the day of the appointment he texted me the time frame when he would be arriving and again when he was a half hour away. His work was done in a very professional manner and he was willing to explain what and how he was fixing the problem. His work area was very clean and organized and when he finished he explained how soon I could start using the fridge and ice maker again. The whole experience was very good and even though I was without my fridge for several weeks the communication I received made me know that Samsung was doing their best to take responsibility for their product and myself as a customer
