My Repairman Mario was really awsome!! He kept in contact with me and kept me informed about my appointments. Unfortunately the part that I needed did not come on the 1st appointment day but I was notified that the part was not available yet and another appointment was set. I received updates from Mario and on the day before my 2nd appointment he texted me to let me know that the part was here and that he would be coming on the next day to repair my fridge. On the day of the appointment he texted me the time frame when he would be arriving and again when he was a half hour away. His work was done in a very professional manner and he was willing to explain what and how he was fixing the problem. His work area was very clean and organized and when he finished he explained how soon I could start using the fridge and ice maker again. The whole experience was very good and even though I was without my fridge for several weeks the communication I received made me know that Samsung was doing their best to take responsibility for their product and myself as a customer

We have been trying for 6 weeks to get someone out to repair our washer and dryer under extended warranty with Assurant. After three other companies that never showed up, Goodman showed up and was very good about emailing and texting me. Highly satisfied. Angel gave us some tips to help with balance issues and they are helping. Thank you very much!!!!!
