Repair worker arrived on a timely manner and was very professional. After assessment he informed me that a part needed to be ordered for the repair. He said it would be a few days and would return as the part was available. He returned on that date on time.

man knew exactly what the problem was with our Whirlpool

Goodman came out to fix my Samsung Fridge Icemakers. The part was back ordered, as I knew it would be. The service tech was fantastic. Nice, polite, charming, efficient, and played with my dog.
