Goodman came out to fix my Samsung Fridge Icemakers. The part was back ordered, as I knew it would be. The service tech was fantastic. Nice, polite, charming, efficient, and played with my dog.

Mario. Came out to service our refrigerator ice maker and it was determined that the ice maker was malfunctioning.

He ordered the replacement parts and replaced the existing parts.

On Friday October 7, we had a scheduled repair for our Samsung refrigerator. Our service technician, Michael, had been here one week prior to assess the problem and order the part. We were scheduled for the repair call between noon and 5pm, but Michael called at 8:15 and stated he had a cancellation and could arrive today by 9:00. He arrived, installed the part, cleaned up the area and was finished within 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional. Great job. Thank you.
