Micah Murff is an excellent associate of your company. We reported our appliance down on a Thursday, he came out on a very rainy Monday and fixed us right up. We are very happy with GHS.

Our service was great, Chad done a great job, he arrived on time and had our dryer running within 20 minutes, he called ahead of time and had diagnosed the problem over the phone and had the part and was ready to go as soon as he got there I gave him a pacific time that I had to be back at work and he topped that time with minutes to spare I really appreciate Goodman home solutions for sending the best service person to our residents thank you very much

Goodman Home Solutions was assigned to me per my home Warrenty Insurance. They were scheduled to come on Friday August 19, 2022 which was 5 days without my dryer! I’ll make though! Hung clothes out all over my deck and rails and even my step ladder! When I got a call from Jon Greer (the tech) yesterday morning and he was in the area and wanted to come today! Yes oh yes!!! He was there and fixed my dryer which was the heating element and gone in no time! I was soooooooo happy he came early!!! Very pleased with Jon and dryer is working great again!!! I can’t wait for something else to break!!!?

Team responded Immediately to my request for service. They scheduled quickly and came out next day. My text was professional- he called to come early- fixed everything! Was polite , efficient and now I have an amazing dryer that does it’s job! Thank you!!
