My dishwasher was leaking and my Home Warranty sent Thad to me. He was very courteous in all communication, very thorough, and descriptive of what he found, what would be necessary to fix, and scheduling part replacement. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He found out why the refrigerator freezer drawer was filling up with frost. It needed new seals which he ordered. He returned and installed them in a timely manner and cleaned up everything afterwards. I’m very pleased with this technician and the company.
