The technician kept us informed at every step. He was prompt. He came in and worked efficiently and cleanly. He discovered he needed a part and came back with the part within a couple of hours. Our dryer works as good as new. He was also friendly, which was a plus. Definitely would recommend Goodman Home Solutions.

Technician kept us informed of his where about before he came over to our site. While on site technician took his time to see the entire appliance and how was connected to building power.

Our washing machine was not cycling through all the cycles. The technician called me about a week prior to the appointment to ask me to explain the problem. That is a first! And thank goodness he did. When he arrived, he had already gotten the part that he thought he’d need (instead of having to wait for a part after he looked at it). He was able to repair the machine. I was so impressed with his service! As a real estate agent, we are often asked to recommend someone – and based on this experience, I would highly recommend GHS – especially because of this technician.
