The company and Carlos sent emails or texts keeping me apprised of not only my appointment status, time frame, but also who was coming and when I could expect the technician at my house. Carlos, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me what the problem has been with the Samsung ice makers and how Samsung has tried to correct their design problem over the last couple of years. He replaced the ice maker and the motherboard that controls it. Carlos cleaned up the area, which not every repairman I’ve had in my house is done in the past.
