My icemaker on my refrigerator stopped working a month ago. It took me over a month to get it serviced. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times. The last time just happened to check the tracking on my appointment 3 days prior to fine out they rescheduled it without contacting me.When I called the rep told me the tech got into a car accident that day & they had to reschedule my appointment & would’ve called me later. They managed to reschedule for same week. Possibly telling the truth but not sure. Tech came today & he told me the CS reps lie to customers all the time & the techs tell them not to because the customers complain to them when they make the service call. Also when you schedule with your warranty provider and get a service date Goodman changes it to a different date 7-10 days later. Really aggravating. The tech himself was good. I wish I didn’t have to deal with them ever again. I will contact Whirlpool to see if can be changed for the future. I would not recommend Goodman Home Solo.

The tech was very knowledgeable and fixed my dryer pretty quickly.

The job was through my extended warranty company. Other than the fact there was a two week wait for the tech and then another week for the ordered part to come in the tech was very professional and personable. I understand

that some things are beyond our control. The bottom line is the repair is completed.

RAY, the technician was excellent with his approach and detailed information as to what entailed of the problem with my whirlpool washer. On his initial visit he gave me detailed information what the codes were and explained how and what they meant. As well as visually explaining the problem. Ray, also game me another appointment with the correct times that he would be returning. I gave him my information along with my wife’s so that he can inform us when he would be arriving. His professionalism’s on his position is really impressive. I wish all technicians were informative and courteous as Ray was in my home. He was also very clean during and after all repair work. His work appearance is so on point as well as displaying his name tag and introducing himself before entering my home. I was very impressed with Ray’s experience, timely repairs and overall his great service.

Abraham, my service rep, was very knowledgeable about my product. He identified quickly the issues and ordered the correct part needed. He gave me great advice on maintenance.
