The Technician, Keon, was friendly, courteous, and professional. His knowledge of how to fix our refrigerator was spot on. Good Homes Solutions had the required parts to repair our refrigerator shipped directly to us so the parts were here and available for Keon to install. Over all it was an excellent experience.
