Repairman was very personable and efficient; Yes, would use again if needed!

The young man that came out to fix my machine was knowledgeable and polite. He fixed it and gave us some useful tips to try and prevent the issue again. I still think the company is terrible about customer service but the technician was superb. Five stars.

We had a problem with the freezer temperature in our LG refrigerator. The technician, Will, that came out quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the repair part. It was delivered to our house and one week after the initial call he came back and installed the part.

Abraham is very responsible and skillful person . The first technician did poor job to install a new compressor, that made our refridgerator very noisy, and drove our family members crazy. Abraham came 2 weeks later, checked every small and big parts and connections very carefully, we don’t know what he actually did, but our refridge is pretty quiet since his visit. He deserves 5 stars!
