Thomas was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. I was glad we were home when he came because your system auto-schedule the appointment for 8:00 – 12:00 on 01/14/26. I made several attempt to contact you by phone, email or your website to advise you we were not available between 8:00 am & Noon. Thankfully, Thomas came around Noon and we were able to be home, we had several appointments that morning so we didn’t think we would be home. Thomas was able to verify that everything was okay with our ice maker and he reset it to be sure it worked properly.

Replacement parts were sent to my house before technician arrived, which made his time here even faster & easier. Technician was very kind and personable, knowledgeable about what was wrong w my dryer and worked quickly/efficiently.

I’m posting this review as a test – we had a terrible experience and when I filled out a review, it said it was pending approval. Interestingly, when I look at their reviews below, they have no reviews with one or two stars so I’m curious to see if this five star review gets approved.

Jose came and fixed my dishwasher within about an hour or so and we ran it after dinner. It works great again thank you. It’s been a struggle without it.

Our repair man Peyton was wonderful! He contacted me early in the morning to let me know he had a job that was going to take a little bit longer, so he was wondering if he could come two hours later than expected, to repair my washer. He was prompt and very courteous. He got my repair done in 15 minutes. Then he explained what he did to repair my machine and how to do some maintenance to keep my machine running efficiently.
