Our speed queen needed to looked at. Goodman Home Solutions was extremely efficient and communication was amazing. Janeil, came out and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, ordered the part and it was delivered to my house within the week. He was back at my house exactly 1 week later to fix it. Very pleased and grateful for this company. Over the years, its been really hard to find a company that is timely and knows what they are doing but Goodman Home Solutions was just that.

GHS was dispatched to repair my built -in microwave through Choice Home Warranty. I couldn’t have asked for a better repair company. They provided a super repair technician who was not only most responsive and very efficient and knowledgeable and courteous, he discovered very quickly the defective part that was needed and ordered it for delivery to my home. As soon as the part arrived, the technician returned to finalize the repair the day after the part was received, and the microwave is operating like it did when new. I couldn’t be more pleased with both Goodman Home Solutions and the repair technician they provided!
