He diagnosed the problem, had an additional part in his vehicle that was used to complete the repair along with the part that was pre-sent to me as needed for our refrigerator. Our service technician made an initial visit and determined a valve was faulty and needed repaired, but he did not have in his inventory at the time.

He ordered a new part and upon it’s arrival at my home within two (2) days he completed the replacement. He also gave me a few tips on my cold water connection and ho best to secure my drain hose with a zip tie.

I appreciate that, considering it’s a Whirlpool refrigerator (which I strongly recommend that people do not purchase—RUN from any Whirlpool product!! ) Whirlpool products are garbage, but Goodman Home Solutions provides excellent service to constantly repair them.
