Icemaker repair
Danny identified the problem and corrected it. He was courteous and efficient.
Excellent service
Danny, the technician, always calls ahead and lets me know he’s on his way. GHS continually updates me as to service date and time and when I can expect the technician to arrive. Prompt, courteous service is the norm for my experiences with GHS.
Gas range
I had a service scheduled today and I was very pleased with Hector Dones. I had a minor issue that really wasn’t something to be concerned with. He explained to me some things about the gas range that were very helpful.

DO NOT USE
I had a terrible experience with this repair company. The technician texted me ONE minute before showing up—three hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. Then, without a call or explanation, he left. When I reached out to the dispatch team, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The representative even hung up on me and insisted I reschedule. This company clearly does not value its customers’ time or provide basic courtesy. Avoid them at all costs!
Happy Customer
When our less than a year old microwave light went bad & the bulb was not the problem we got help from GHS. Our repair man was persistent in resolving our problem. Parts had to be ordered twice but after they were installed we were pleased with the quality of service. Thank you GHS!
