Peyton came initially to troubleshoot my stove top. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to order parts so he handled that and came back the following week to fix the stove. It works great now! We are very thankful.

I was very satisfied. with Keon’s work on the refrigerator. He did a very professional job. And we now have our Kitchen Aid refrigerator back on the job working since May 13.

They came on time. Found the problem very fast. We needed a part so he ordered it. The part came when he said it would. The repair man came back when he said he would, installed the new part and we were up and running perfectly again.

I had my appointment from 8am-12:00pm and Ray (tech) fulfilled that time slot in coming over. He was efficient in detecting that there were no issues being that the regular wash cycle doesn’t fill up for a rinse unless it’s programmed for the two softener settings! I was not aware of that! A good visit & day!

Blind scheduling did not work for us and cost us a couple more weeks without a refrigerator. We had to leave the state for a medical emergency, but you guys scheduled the technician anyways while we were gone. Now we’re waiting for a different company to fix our refrigerator.
