Excellent Service with Tech Ray
Am very pleased with Ray, the tech that came out to repair my refrigerator. He was prompt, courteous and provided advice about the ice maker. He went above and beyond. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I see Goodman has 95% 5 star reviews and hardly any 4 and 3 stars. So happy to have found these guys!

Refrigerator Repair - Excellent Experience
Darryl quickly analyzed the issue and identified the root cause. He ordered the appropriate parts and had them delivered directly to my home to expedite the repair. AS SCHEDULED/ON TIME/EFFECIENT
‘THAD’ CALLED BEFORE ARRIVAL. ARRIVED ON TIME. WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND WAS GONE IN LESS THAN ½hr. GAVE CAUTION’S AS TO WHAT TO EXPECT.
SHOWED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW IT HAPPENED.

Quick service on washer
Preappointment communication was unclear and a bit confusing. I received a message that couldn’t understand and when calling back went to a general VM. Had an issues with my washer not going past the wash cycle. Technician came out ran dinogstics. Even though no error codes showed up, everything seemed find, the Technician came out in the evening and checked things out quickly. Can not remember technicians name.
Frog Repair
I put in an order for a fridge repair almost a month and a half ago. Well, you have the dates that Tech Jose came out to Repair first time he came out he deemed it a compressor. It would take a week for it to get here and then for a week for him to get back, that’s how long that was. He came back replaced the compressor left still didn’t work. Call for him to come back. They sent him back out another week. He did something did some more repair repairs still not working so now we almost a month they sent them out again at least just now. They didn’t wait a week to send him out the next day he came out Looked at it didn’t know if what to do or he could do anything else he called whirlpool they deemed it unrepairable needless to say I’ve been almost a month and a half now without a refrigerator and now we got escalated up to somebody else back at the warranty company. I have been totally pissed although I can’t say Jose have worked with me and very professional about What he could do and what he couldn’t do

I couldn’t be more pleased with GHS. Their technician fixed my washer after one visit. It had been almost year that my washer was not working correctly. The original extended warranty company …Assurance… was purchased at the time I bought my washer new from Lowe’s. Over the last year, Assurance had sent out 6 different technicians from 4 different repair companies and not one of them ever repaired my washer correctly.
I would recommended GHS for any type of home appliance repair they got it right after the first visit because they take the time to diagnose the appliance in its entirety…
Ice maker failure
Let’s start with I use a homeowner’s Warranty company that will remain nameless because I wasn’t really happy with their service during this process.
Fortunately after my homeowners Warranty company provided a vendor to fix my ice maker and I requested a new company because after 3 weeks they hadn’t even determined what was wrong with it.
This is when Goodman Home Solutions came on the scene. From the beginning they did an excellent assessment of what the problem was or could have been and ordered the appropriate parts to do the repair. Unfortunately the wrong Parts came and delayed the process by a week a couple of different times, not sure if that was a miscommunication from Hamilton, the technician, to his office or his office ordering the wrong part or their supplier sending them the wrong part. But bottom line the expedited all of the parts and it only took a week for them to come as a attempted to fix my problem.
Hamilton continued to assess the problem when the first remedy didn’t work even talking with the whirlpool representative on the phone for his possible positive input.
Long story short after about a two and a half month process the ice maker was fixed and is running perfectly.
I was very happy with the service that I received from Goodman Home Solutions and especially their technician, Hamilton. Hamilton persevered throughout the process trying the best he could to figure out what the problem was and never gave up.
I would recommend Goodman Home Solutions to all of my friends and Neighbors and specifically ask them to ask for Hamilton to be their technician.
That said I am sure that Goodman Home Solutions has good technicians other than Hamilton but Hamilton was my man and he did a great job.
As a side note, Hamilton stopped by my house today, he was not on a call, it’s been approximately 3 weeks since my repair was completed. He just wanted to stop in and see that everything was still working great and if there was anything else he could do for me. Honestly you just do not find this in service companies anymore and I was very pleased to see him at my door.
