Rolando came on time. Ordered parts quickly and repaired my washer fast. He was professional in every way.

Daniel came to do a warrantee service on our dishwasher. We couldn’t have been more pleased with him and the job he did. He readily diagnosed the issue and repaired it, ran a diagnostic of the machine, and was finished in less than half an hour. He was polite and friendly, too!

My top freezer refrigerator wasn’t holding the proper temperature in the refrigerator and frost was building up in the freezer. I called and was helped with scheduling an appointment to have someone come out to repair. I was notified by email and text confirming my appointment all the way up until the repairs were completed. My repairman also contacted me letting me know he was on his way and did a great job diagnosing and repairing my appliance.

Scott the repair man was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and determined the part to replace. Then came back and quickly installed the new part and insured in working condition. He was flexible to meet around his and my schedule on both days. Answered several questions. Would highly recommend him.
