My dryer was having issues that no one seemed to be able to resolve even after numerous attempts and numerous repair companies. Being frustrated, I contacted customer service who escalated to Management immediately. Both Keith and Tracy were hands on managers, ensuring that my dryer issues were fixed by staying involved with the case until I was 100% satisfied with the repair. Due to their commitment of providing excellent customer service, I will continue to use Goodman Home Solutions for all my appliance repairs. Knowing that this company backs their word on getting problems resolved, it gives me the comfort and confidence to use their services going forward. Thanks again Keith and Tracy, job well done!

I had an appt for 8-12, the Tech called a few minutes after 12 and did not arrive for another 30 minutes. The repair took two hours so I had to cancel other plans for the afternoon. The Tech did a good job and made sure everything was in working order prior to departing. The only negative was not honoring the time slot that was scheduled.

Had an issue with my Whirlpool fridge. Food was intermittently freezing in the fridge. In about 30 minutes John diagnosed the problem and replaced the sensor.

Checked code and found I had used two pods instead of one. Recommend one pod and monthly cleaning of washer with washer tablet.

This was a warranty service as our KitchenAid oven is only 7 months old. Daniel arrived early in his four hour window and was courteous enough to ask if we would prefer him to remove his shoes before entering. He was very thorough in his testing of our oven and his explanation of what exactly he was doing. He was also willing to answer any questions regarding our other appliances while he was there.

My service technician was supposed to arrive between 8am-12noon but didn’t show up. He did show up at 2:30pm the same day – and fixed my icemaker in a matter of minutes! Even though he was late, it worked out with a friendly, polite service man!
