I’m very happy with the service Tech that repaired my dishwasher. He was very friendly, knew what he was doing, and got the job done quickly.

Had 8a12p window but scheduling screwed up and mixed me up with south jersey and im in bucks pa so he came last at 4pm meanwhile no communication to let me know and couldn’t get through most of the time customer service also they weren’t from America Phillipines I was told so could barely understand them

Technician worked quickly and professionally. He left the area perfectly clean and was pleasant and kept us entertained as he worked!

We had at least 3 companies out to service our gas stove tops burners/igniters continuously not working. GHS came out and thoroughly assessed the problem and identified the issues and it wasn’t the igniters. The Technician was very thorough and polite.

The repair guy was excellent, very knowledgable and professional, solved our issues.

Jose was professional and understanding regarding the issue that we had. He went far beyond the scope. As a customer this shows how important it’s to resolve the issues.

Our tech came the first day, saw the issue, ordered the parts, came back a week later, repaired our machine, Dishes are done. Was going to repair it myself but if you ever see a good deal, you swoop on it.

Justine arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, told us they would be sent to the house and that he would return the following week to fit said parts which he has just done with minimum inconvenience to us very senior citizens Excellent
