The gentleman that came and fixed the stove we have was very cordial and patient. Theinsurance ordered the wrong parts and he came one time and could not do anything so he had to send them a note with the correct parts .Then a week later he came And he worked on the stove and fixed it. We are very grateful he was a very nice man. Thank you.

Impressed with every facet of my repair need. My Tech was Sean. He was so thorough and patient as he went through each and every step. The company kept me updated via e-mail. You just have to check your spam folder, at least I had to for communication. Resolved my issue in a timely manner. Sean also got to my home on time so my whole day was not a wash-out. Repair Technician, “ Danny “ was awesome. He pit the washer through some diagnostics, explained what he believe to be the problem, ordered the parts to fix it, showed up on time and made the repairs. He went through all the testing process and made sure everything was working properly. He is a very pleasant and professional technician and we were extremely happy with the service!
