Definitely a company that employs skilled service workers. The gentleman who you sent to work on our Refrigerator was very nice, helpful, and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I contribute that to his skills using his knowledge of Whirlpool appliances.

Mr. Steven was absolutely wonderful and did. everything to make sure our dishwasher was back to working again. He spent alot of time carefully examining the problem and diagnosed it. He was very patient and did not rush to get the job done. We are extremely happy with Mr. Steven’s job. Thank yor sir.

Although, I take issue with a change made re: billing/appt policy of having to pay response/diagnosis fee upfront inorder to schedule an appoimtment, overall, I had an excellent experience (as usual) with Art Handlers). From speaking with the service department at Art Handlers re: service appt to Tim the technician, sharing his knowledge and experience while diagosing. Tim is friendly, knowledgable and professional.

Finally , to the billing department rep and manager, who both took the time to fully explain billing policies & procedures.
